
Dana Arsenault, President
Dana Arsenault has served as President of Gleeson Powers since 2018. Over the past two and a half decades he has been a driving force behind GPI’s growth and diversification in the specialty construction market—leading the expansion of service offerings into Air & Vapor Barrier, Waterproofing, Caulking, and Spray Foam Insulation, extending the company’s geographical reach, and positioning GPI as the premier Single-Source Firestop Contractor in the nation.
As President, Dana provides leadership and oversight across all aspects of operations, including client relations, estimating, project management, and field execution. With a strong focus on operational excellence and technical execution, Dana ensures all GPI projects are delivered to the highest standard. In partnership with GPI’s Executive Vice President, he guides the company’s overall direction and vision, with a focus on long-term performance, building high-performing teams, and aligning internal systems with strategic goals.

Aideen Doneski, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President of Gleeson Powers, Aideen Doneski is responsible for the organizational development and administration of GPI. Aideen is focused on building GPI’s infrastructure, combining data-driven decision making and long-term planning with daily business operations. In partnership with the President, she guides the company’s overall direction and vision, with a focus on long-term performance, building high-performing teams, and aligning internal systems with strategic goals.
Aideen is active in both the local and national commercial construction industry, serving locally on the Executive Board of the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts, and nationally as Chair and Vice-Chair of the FCIA’s Marketing and Education Committees. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from Saint Anselm College and Boston College, respectively, and an Advanced Certificate in Leadership from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Aedan Gleeson, Founder
After forming Gleeson Powers in 1992, Aedan became a leader in the firestopping industry. As the Firestop Contractors International Association’s (FCIA) first President and Charter member, he was a Board member, served on the association’s Steering Committee & Advisory Board, as well as chairing various committees. For his unwavering support of the FCIA and his impact on the industry, Aedan was the recipient of the 2018 Outstanding Service Award, 2017 President Award, 2013 Advocate of the Year Award and the 2009 Award in Excellence.

Eric Baillargeon, Superintendent
Eric has been with Gleeson Powers since 2000, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience as a union carpenter and installer. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in supporting GPI’s on-site growth, serving as a foreman before stepping into his current role as Superintendent. As Superintendent, Eric oversees day-to-day project execution from planning through completion. He manages crew coordination, resource allocation, installation quality, and ensures strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Known for his field expertise and steady leadership, Eric plays a key role in on-site project execution.

Melissa Briggs, Office Manager / Training Manager
As Office Manager at Gleeson Powers, Melissa provides critical administrative support across all aspects of field and business operations. Her wide-ranging responsibilities include managing accounts payable, coordinating insurance certificates and enrollment, overseeing prequalifications, and supporting both field and office IT needs. Melissa also leads the administration of GPI’s in-house training programs, helping to ensure training and professional development opportunities are organized, effective, and aligned with company standards. Prior to joining Gleeson Powers, Melissa held a variety of administrative roles, most recently in training & events management at Bain & Company.

Matt Cole, Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations for Gleeson Powers, Matt leads New England operations and project execution, while also providing oversight and support across all GPI operations. He brings over 15 years of experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish—including project planning, scheduling, cost control, documentation, change order management, and client relations. Matt is a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for the FM 4991 Approved Firestop Contractor Program and is known for his responsiveness, consistency, and commitment to getting things done. He exemplifies GPI’s core values in his day-to-day leadership and has played a key role in the company’s growth. Before joining GPI, Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.

Brittany Collins, Payroll Administrator
Brittany joined Gleeson Powers in 2021 and serves as Payroll Administrator, overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and compliance. Her responsibilities include certified payroll, benefits reporting, OCIP/CCIP documentation, and a range of HR-related functions that support both field and office operations. Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Brittany plays a key role in ensuring that payroll and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with industry and project-specific requirements. Prior to joining Gleeson Powers, Brittany worked in sales and events management at Longwood Venues and Destinations.

Jeff Comeau, Chief Estimator
As Chief Estimator at Gleeson Powers, Jeff leads all estimating efforts for commercial and healthcare projects, overseeing takeoffs, bid proposals, and project hand-offs. He also plays a key role in preconstruction planning, ensuring a seamless transition from estimate to execution. Jeff brings over 15 years of experience in the specialty construction market and has been a valued member of the GPI team since 2010. He holds Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) status for the FM 4991 Approved Firestop Contractor Program. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to every project.

Morgan Harris, Assistant Project Manager
Morgan joined Gleeson Powers in 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager, after completing 2 undergraduate co-ops with GPI. He recently earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Morgan brings a strong interest in firestopping and its essential role in building safety and occupant protection. He is also passionate about the importance of strong GC–subcontractor relationships as the foundation for successful, high-quality project delivery. With a detail-oriented mindset and a drive to learn, Morgan has quickly become a valuable member of the GPI project team.

Nick McAdam, Superintendent | Healthcare
Nick serves as Gleeson Powers’ Superintendent of Healthcare in the Longwood Medical Area, where he oversees the on-site execution of Fire Barrier Management programs for both active healthcare facilities and new construction projects. With over a decade of experience at GPI, Nick works closely with many of our long-standing healthcare clients to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. A member of the New England Carpenters Union, he brings deep field expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to the specialized demands of the healthcare environment.

Jay Mack, Area Vice President | Mid-Atlantic
As Area Vice President, Jay leads operations across Gleeson Powers’ Mid-Atlantic region, with a focus on project execution, field coordination, and client delivery. With more than 25 years of experience in the firestop and mechanical insulation industry, Jay brings deep technical expertise and a steady, hands-on leadership style to every project. Since joining GPI in 2010, Jay has played a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic market. He holds Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) status for the FM 4991 Approved Firestop Contractor Program and has extensive experience across both healthcare and commercial construction, in both new builds and active facility renovations. Gus Mancini, Vice President / Project Executive
Gus is focused on the growth of Gleeson Powers in new and emerging markets; he oversees all regional offices, and manages key client relationships. As GPI continues to expand, he is focused on business development, strategic partnerships, and driving innovation across the industry. A respected leader in the firestop industry, Gus combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision—playing a critical role in shaping the future of the business. Gus is known for his innovative thinking, ability to connect with clients, and talent for translating complex firestopping concepts into real-world solutions. He currently serves as President of the Firestop Contractors International Association (FCIA), where he also chairs the Inspection Committee. He is a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for both FM 4991 and UL Qualified Firestop Contractor Programs, a Certified Fire Door Assembly Inspector (CFDAI), and an ASHE Certified Healthcare Contractor (CHC). Jon Miller, Director of Warehouse & Logistics
Jon serves as Warehouse & Logistics Director at Gleeson Powers, where he oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, material coordination, and field logistics. With extensive experience in the construction industry—including years spent leading crews and executing work in the field—Jon brings a strong operational mindset and practical expertise to this critical role. Jon is responsible for ensuring that GPI’s teams have the tools, materials, and support they need to execute projects efficiently and safely. Brendan Pettenati, Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Brendan joined Gleeson Powers in 2021 as Warehouse & Logistics Manager to support the company’s continued growth in the Northeast. He is responsible for coordinating on-site deliveries and pick-ups, managing daily warehouse operations, and maintaining GPI’s inventory management systems—all with a focus on operational efficiency and field readiness. Working closely with the Warehouse & Logistics Director, Brendan plays a key role in ensuring that materials, equipment, and resources are where they need to be—on time and in full. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.

Mary Strachan, Fire Barrier Surveyor / EJ Coordinator
Mary has been with Gleeson Powers since 2010 and plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our firestop and fire barrier management programs. As Engineering Judgment Coordinator, she serves as a key liaison between field teams, project managers, customers, and manufacturers—ensuring technical clarity and compliance in complex field conditions. Mary is also a firestop surveyor and fire door inspector for GPI, having completed the DAI600 Fire and Egress Door Assembly Inspection training. She brings exceptional attention to detail and expertise to every project. In addition to her technical roles, Mary is a trusted educator and mentor within GPI. She has helped train and guide many team members in understanding the importance of a firestop system, inspection standards, and code compliance—playing an essential part in developing our in-house expertise.

Hoai Tran, Superintendent | CW
Hoai is a Superintendent at Gleeson Powers, specializing in perimeter containment systems for high-rise and complex building projects. A skilled union carpenter, Hoai brings deep expertise in project execution, crew management, and field production—ensuring that critical life safety systems are installed to the highest standards. And expert in curtain wall insulation and edge of slab firestopping, he has extensive experience on large-scale construction sites, Hoai is known for his precision, leadership, and ability to manage high-performing teams in demanding environments.

Enzo Virto, Superintendent | NYC
Enzo serves as Superintendent and senior operations lead for Gleeson Powers in New York City, where he oversees all aspects of project execution—from planning and crew management to scheduling, resource coordination, and on-site compliance. Enzo is known for delivering projects with responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through. He plays a central role in making sure GPI’s work in the region is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and the firestopping industry, Enzo brings deep technical knowledge and operational leadership to the field. Eric Synrod, Area Vice President | Upstate NY
Eric focuses on regional growth and strategic sales for Gleeson Powers, leading efforts in Upstate New York and beyond, and on large-scale projects nationwide. He brings particular expertise in data centers and fulfillment centers, helping clients navigate the complex demands of high-performance, high-compliance environments. Since starting as a firestop installer in 2008, Eric has built deep knowledge across firestopping, insulation, and other specialty trades, holding roles in both operations and project management. He holds Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) status for the FM 4991 Approved and UL Qualified Firestop Contractor Programs and brings a strong customer-first mindset to every engagement. Eric earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. He is dedicated to showing the construction industry there is tremendous value in utilizing specialty contractors, particularly when it comes to firestopping.

Frank Trojano, Controller / Director of Finance
Frank joined Gleeson Powers in 2019 and brings a diverse background in both construction operations and financial management. His experience includes roles in project management, prequalification, and procurement, along with earlier work as a Facilities Technician for the Boston Red Sox. As Controller and Director of Finance, Frank combines his field expertise with strategic financial oversight to support GPI’s continued growth and operational efficiency. He oversees all aspects of project accounting and accounts receivable, as well as cash flow management, budget forecasting, and broader financial planning and analysis. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University and an Associate Degree in Construction Management from the New England Institute of Technology.

Andrew (AJ) Wiest, Firestop Specialist | Las Vegas
Andrew “AJ” is a seasoned firestop specialist and estimator with over 20 years of experience in the firestopping and fire protection industry. Based in Las Vegas, AJ has contributed to some of the city’s most iconic projects, including the T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium, and the Sphere Las Vegas. AJ joined Gleeson Powers in 2024 to expand his expertise to the Northeast and to support the company’s long-term growth, through estimating and operations management. He is actively working to build GPI’s presence in the Las Vegas market. A former union insulator and apprentice instructor, AJ brings deep field knowledge, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in specialty contracting. He is an active member of the Firestop Contractors International Association (FCIA), serving on both the Accreditation and Standards Committees. AJ studied engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is dedicated to advancing the role of firestopping and fire protection in the built environment.

David Zambelli, Superintendent
David has been with Gleeson Powers since 2005 and brings over two decades of experience as a skilled carpenter, installer, and foreman. Over the 20 years, he has played a central role in shaping GPI’s field operations, supporting both the company’s growth in the Northeast and its expanding regional presence. In his current role as Superintendent, David oversees our field teams and on-site project execution from planning through completion, managing crew coordination, resource allocation, installation quality, and safety compliance.
