Dana Arsenault, President

In 2018, Dana took the helm as Gleeson Powers’ President. Since joining GPI in 2000, Dana has been a driving force in growing Gleeson Powers’ presence in the specialty construction market – expanding service offerings into the areas of Air & Vapor Barrier, Waterproofing, Caulking and Spray Foam Insulation, and solidifying Gleeson Powers as the premier Single-Source Firestop Contractor in the Northeast. As Gleeson Powers’ President, Dana provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of GPI’s operations – including client relations, estimating, project management and in-field operations. Together with GPI’s EVP, he guides the strategic direction and vision of Gleeson Powers and is responsible for the overall health of the company.

Aideen Doneski, Executive Vice President

As Gleeson Powers’ Executive Vice President, Aideen is responsible for the organizational development and administration of Gleeson Powers. Aideen is focused on building GPI’s infrastructure, combining data-driven decision making and long-term planning with daily business operations. She provides leadership and oversight in the areas of finance and administration as well as marketing and business development. Together with GPI’s President, she is responsible for the strategic direction, vision and health of the company. Aideen has a BA degree from St. Anselm College and a MA degree from Boston College, both in Sociology and an Advanced Certificate in Leadership from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Aedan Gleeson, Founder

After forming Gleeson Powers in 1992, Aedan became a leader in the firestopping industry. As the Firestop Contractors International Association’s (FCIA) first President and Charter member, he was a Board member, served on the association’s Steering Committee & Advisory Board, as well as chairing various committees. For his unwavering support of the FCIA and his impact on the industry, Aedan was the recipient of the 2018 Outstanding Service Award, 2017 President Award, 2013 Advocate of the Year Award and the 2009 Award in Excellence.

Eric Baillargeon, Superintendent

Eric has been a carpenter and installer with Gleeson Powers since 2000. During that time, he has helped manage GPI’s growth on-site, serving as a foreman for many years. In his current role as Superintendent, he oversees on-site project execution from planning to completion – supervising resource allocation, installation, quality control and safety and compliance on site. Melissa Briggs, Office Manager / Training Manager

As Gleeson Powers’ Office Manager, Melissa provides administrative support for all aspects of GPI’s field and business operations. She is responsible for accounts payable, insurance certificates and enrollment, prequalifications and field and office IT needs. Melissa is also responsible for the administration and management of our inhouse training programs. Prior to joining Gleeson Powers, Melissa held a variety of administrative roles, most recently in training & events management at Bain & Company. Contact Melissa

Catie Burghart

Catie Burghart, Project Billing Manager

As Gleeson Power’s Project Billing Manager, Catie is responsible for all aspects of project accounting and accounts receivable. Catie joined GPI in 2023, bringing her experience from a variety of roles in project coordination, HR management, and business administration. Catie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Framingham State University. Contact Catie.

Matt Cole, Senior Project Manager / Field Operations Manager

As Senior Project Manager & Field Operations Manager for Gleeson Powers, Matt manages both healthcare and commercial construction projects in the New England area. He has over 10 years experience in managing projects from start to completion, including project planning and scheduling, cost control, documentation, change order management and customer relations. He is a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for the FM 4991 Approved Firestop Contractor Program. Before joining GPI, Matt studied at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Contact Matt

Brittany Collins, Payroll Administrator

Brittany joined GPI as Payroll Administrator in 2021. She is responsible for all aspects of payroll, including benefits reporting, certified payroll, OCIP/CCIP reporting and other HR related tasks. Prior to joining Gleeson Powers, Brittany worked in sales and events management at Longwood Venues and Destinations. Contact Brittany

Jeff Comeau, Lead Estimator

As GPI’s Chief Estimator, Jeff manages all take offs, bid estimates and project proposals for commercial and healthcare projects. He also oversees preconstruction and project hand-off. He has over 10 year experience in the specialty construction marketing, joining GPI in 2010. Jeff has obtained his Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) status for the FM 4991 Approved Firestop Contractor program. Prior to joining Gleeson Powers, Jeff studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Contact Jeff

Nick McAdam, Superintendent | Healthcare

Nick McAdam is Gleeson Powers’ Superintendent of Healthcare in the Longwood Area. He works directly with many of our healthcare customers, managing the on-site execution of our Fire Barrier Management programs in existing facilities, as well as on new construction sites in the healthcare industry. Nick has been with GPI for over 10 years and is a member of the New England Carpenter’s Union. Contact Nick

Jay Mack, Area Vice President | Mid-Atlantic

As Area Vice President, Jay oversees GPI’s Mid-Atlantic region. Jay brings over 25 years experience in the firestop industry, having joined GPI in 2010 and being in the firestopping and mechanical insulation business for over 15 years prior. He is responsible for estimating, project management, and business development in the Mid-Atlantic region. Jay has obtained his Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) status for the FM 4991 Approval Firestop Contractor program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. His areas of expertise include both healthcare and commercial construction of new and existing projects. Contact Jay.

Gus Mancini, Vice President / Project Executive

Gus Mancini is Vice President & Project Executive for Gleeson Powers. Since 2006 Gus has played an important role in growing and developing GPI’s footprint in the Northeast, particularly in new and developing markets. Gus is responsible for the growth and management of our healthcare and institutional clients, our NYC division and our Mid-Atlantic region. He is a member of the Board of Directors at the Firestop Contractors International Association (FCIA) and is Vice-Chair of the Inspection Committee. He is a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for both FM and UL, a Certified Fire Door Assembly Inspector (CFDAI) and an ASHE Certified Healthcare Contractor (CHC). Prior to GPI, Gus earned his BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Contact Gus.

Nicholas Massauro, Assistant Estimator

Nicholas joined the GPI team in 2021 as Assistant Estimator after completing two co-ops at Gleeson Powers during his college career. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute for Technology’s Construction Management program with a minor in Business Management. In addition to his co-op experience with GPI, he also completed a co-op with MIT’s Facility Management department. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Project Management at Wentworth. Brendan Pettenati, Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Brendan joined GPI in 2021 as our Warehouse & Logistics Manager to support GPI’s continued growth in the Northeast. Brendan is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all onsite deliveries and pick ups, managing our warehouse operations and our inventory management system, all with a focus on optimizing operations and efficiency. Mary Strachan, Fire Barrier Surveyor / EJ Coordinator

Mary has been a Firestop Surveyor and Fire Door Inspector with Gleeson Powers since 2010. Mary is an expert at determining the visual compliance of firestop systems and smokeseal assemblies. As our primary Fire Door Inspector, she has completed the DAI600 Fire and Egress Door Assembly Inspection training. Mary also serves as our Engineering Judgment Coordinator as a liaison between our foremen, installers, project managers, customers, and manufacturers. Contact Mary.

Frank Trojano, Project Manager

Frank Trojano joined Gleeson Powers as an Assistant Project Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021. He is a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) through FM 4991’s Approved Firestop Contractor Program, an Accredited LEED Green Associate, and has completed the AGC Young Contractor Program. Frank is a graduate of Suffolk University & New England Institute of Technology with degrees in Construction Management & Business Administration. Prior to joining GPI, Frank worked in facilities at the Boston Red Sox and as a carpenter’s apprentice for Pariseault Builders. Contact Frank.

Enzo Virto, Superintendent | NYC

As Superintendent, Enzo oversees and manages on-site project execution, from the planning stages to project completion. He is responsible for overseeing resource allocation and project scheduling, as well as safety and compliance on-site. Enzo has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and the firestopping industry, and has been with Gleeson Powers since 2016. During that time, he has helped grow our installation team and has embodied our approach of focusing on safety, quality and customer service. Contact Enzo.

David Zambelli

David Zambelli, Superintendent

David has been a carpenter and installer with Gleeson Powers since 2005. During that time, David has helped manage GPI’s growth on-site and spent many years as a foreman. In his current role as Superintendent, David is responsible for on-site project execution, from planning to completion, overseeing resource allocation, installation, quality control, and safety and compliance on-site. On-Site Team

We are proud to have a dedicated, highly trained and hard-working team of installers, many of whom have been part of the Gleeson Powers team for 5, 10, 15 years. From our onsite supervisors and foremen to our journeymen and apprentices, we work to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and quality are met on each project, and insist on attention to detail, both in the application of our work and in safety measures on site.
