EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS

We offer fire barrier management seminars for healthcare facilities throughout the year.  At the request of our 2010 seminar  attendees, we have extended our half day seminars to a full day of life safety and fire barrier management education. Our seminars are AIA certified and offer AIA HSW credits

PRESENTERS

Paul Baillargeon, AHC, Trim Door Systems, LLC

Paul is a 35 year veteran in the Door, Frame and Hardware Industry. He is a certified Architectural Hardware Consultant and a certified Door Assembly Inspector. He is also a Field Inspector for Intertek Testing Services. Paul is an instructor in the DHI Education Program and a member of DHI Education Council.

Ted Dow, P.E.,Hughes Associates, Inc.

Ted is a Fire Protection Engineer with Hughes Associates with over five (5) years experience providing code consulting and fire protection and life safety engineering services to a variety of clients.

Aedan Gleeson, Gleeson Powers, Inc.

Aedan is the president of Gleeson Powers. He was the Firestop Contractors International Association's (FCIA) first president and currently serves as the association's Advisory Board Chair. Aedan has obtained his DRI status for both FM 4991 and UL Qualified Firestop Contractor programs. In 2009, he received the FCIA Award in Excellence.

Brad Keyes, CHSP, The Greeley Company

Brad Keyes is a senior consultant at The Greeley Company, a  division of HCPro, Inc. He is a former life safety specialist for The Joint Commission. His expertise lies in the management of the environment of care, development of leadership effectiveness, and efficiency in work processes.

Gus Mancini, Gleeson Powers, Inc.

Gus is lead project manager for healthcare facilities at Gleeson Powers. He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and has obtained Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) status for both FM 4991 Approval and UL Qualified Firestop Contractor programs. Gus is a DHI Certified  and Intertek Certified Door Inspector.
